András FrankI'm a professor in the Department of Operations Research of the Eötvös Loránd University. Between 2011 and 2014, I'm also serving as the director of the Institute of Mathematics. I founded and lead the MTA-ELTE Egerváry Research Group on Combinatorial Optimization (EGRES). My research interests include combinatorial optimization, matroid theory, submodular functions, matchings, graph theory, polynomial-time algorithms, and the applications of combinatorial optimization in other areas. Please visit the open problem collection of our group, EGRES Open. A large part of my interests is represented in my book: A. Frank, Connections in Combinatorial Optimization, Oxford University Press, 2011 (ISBN 978-0-19-920527-1). Oxford Lecture Series in Mathematics and its Applications, 38 Book reviews: MathSciNet, Zentralblatt Publications |
